Coaching and Other Support Resources to help teachers learn and grow
  • Leveraging formal teacher leadership roles including lead, master, and mentor teachers, to ensure that the TEAM framework and TAP system are meaningful, developmental and tightly connected to instructional-improvement efforts.

  • Providing these instructional coaches and support resources will enable site-based professional development.

  • Resources allocated based on the number of certified staff in the school as well as student data highlighting the need for additional targeted support.
